Authenticated command execution via tcpdump hostName injection

Command injection in affected Cisco Identity Services Engine releases allows remote authenticated users to execute operating system commands. The tcpdump Start endpoint accepts shell metacharacters in the hostName request value and incorporates them into an operating system command. Access requires a valid authorized account with privileges sufficient to use tcpdump; commands run as the web services user, while root access requires chaining another issue.
