Improper access control in Cisco Identity Services Engine 3.1 and 3.2 allows remote authenticated users to access system files. The web-based management interface accepts a crafted HTTP request without enforcing file authorization, permitting unauthorized listing, download, or deletion. Valid ISE credentials are required, and successful exploitation permits file discovery, data disclosure, and file deletion.
