Adjacent software downgrade via missing anti-rollback check

Improper version control in Cisco TelePresence CE Software allows attackers on an adjacent network to downgrade Touch 10 devices. The CE image installation path accepts an older release without enforcing a sufficient anti-rollback version comparison. Adjacent network access is required, and a successful downgrade permits reuse of vulnerabilities present in the installed older release.
