Improper access control in Elcomplus SmartICS 2.3.4.0 allows remote authenticated users with admin privileges to terminate any process. Public CISA material does not identify the affected endpoint, handler, or authorization check that accepts the process-termination request. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator and can stop arbitrary processes, interrupting services managed by the host.
