Arbitrary file read via HTTP path traversal

Path traversal in Cisco Unified Communications Manager allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary operating system files. The web-based management interface accepts directory traversal sequences in crafted HTTP requests without properly validating user-supplied paths. A valid account and network access to the management interface are required, and exploitation discloses sensitive files without changing data or interrupting service.
