Phone impersonation via duplicated manufacturing keys

Improper key generation in Cisco IP Phones with Multiplatform Firmware allows remote attackers to impersonate phones via interception. The manufacturing process can install duplicated cryptographic keys on multiple devices, enabling intercepted secure CUCM traffic to be presented as another phone. Exploitation requires CUCM secure or mixed mode, which is not the default, plus a man-in-the-middle position on the phone-to-CUCM connection.
