URL filter bypass in Cisco Secure Web Appliance 11.7 through 14.0.1 allows remote attackers to access policy-blocked web content. The Web-Based Reputation Score engine mishandles specific character combinations in a crafted URL instead of applying the established request policy. No authentication or user interaction is required; routing the URL through an affected proxy grants access only to otherwise blocked web content.
