Configuration disclosure via misapplied administrative privilege checks
Published Apr 6, 2022 · Updated Nov 6, 2024
Incorrect privilege enforcement in Cisco Identity Services Engine allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive system configuration data. The web-based management interface serves high-value configuration pages without enforcing the administrator privilege level assigned to the session. Read-only Administrator access is sufficient, and the disclosed consequence is limited to system configuration information available on those pages.
