Authorization bypass in Cisco AppDynamics Controller 21.4.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to access restricted administrative resources. The web-based management interface fails to perform proper authorization checks on crafted HTTP requests, exposing a configuration file and an administrative console login page. No credentials or user interaction are required; disclosed impact is limited to reading the configuration file and reaching the otherwise restricted login page.
