Arbitrary file upload in Cisco RV34x router firmware 1.0.03.24 and earlier allows remote attackers to write files via crafted HTTP requests. The web-based management interface fails to enforce authorization on file-upload requests and accepts attacker-selected files. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is arbitrary file placement rather than code execution.
