Unauthenticated command execution via upload.cgi parameters

Command injection in the web UI of Cisco RV340 and RV345 routers through 1.0.03.24 allows remote attackers to execute system commands. The upload.cgi endpoint uses an unvalidated POST parameter as input to a system call on the underlying Linux environment. No user interaction is required; the demonstrated exploit chain bypasses authentication and runs commands as the www-data user.
