Service restart via unvalidated packet header lengths

Denial of service in Cisco ATA 190 Series firmware allows attackers to restart the service with crafted Cisco Discovery Protocol packets. Certain packet header length fields are accepted without validation, causing repeated crafted packets to consume available device memory. Exploitation requires unauthenticated Layer 2 access from the same broadcast domain and interrupts the affected service by restarting it.
