Arbitrary command execution via unsafe file operations

Command injection in OpenSSL c_rehash before 1.0.2zf, 1.1.1p, or 3.0.4 allows local users to execute commands via crafted filenames. The Perl script passes certificate filenames to two-argument open calls and an external copy command, allowing pipe and shell metacharacters to be interpreted as commands. Exploitation requires control of a filename in a directory processed by c_rehash; automatically invoked deployments run injected commands with the script's privileges.
