SNMP service crash via TCP port 199

Denial of service in Cisco Secure Web Appliance running vulnerable AsyncOS releases allows remote attackers to crash the SNMP service. The TCP/IP stack leaves TCP port 199 open, and establishing a connection through that listener terminates the SNMP service. No authentication or user interaction is required; the bounded consequence is interruption of SNMP rather than loss of appliance data or policy control.
