Cross-site scripting via unvalidated interface input
Published Nov 15, 2024 · Updated Nov 15, 2024
Cross-site scripting in Cisco Prime Infrastructure before 3.10 and EPNM before 5.1.3 lets remote attackers run script via a crafted link. The web-based management interface fails to validate user-supplied input, allowing crafted-link content to execute as script in the interface's browser context. Exploitation requires a user of the affected interface to click the link and is limited to script execution there or access to sensitive browser-based information.
