Stored XSS via unescaped node and label metadata

Stored XSS in Jenkins Matrix Project Plugin 1.19 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in a viewer's browser. Node and label names and label descriptions are rendered without escaping HTML metacharacters, preserving attacker-supplied markup. Agent/Configure permission is required to store the payload, and execution still requires another user to view an affected page, enabling data access or actions in that user's Jenkins session.
