Out-of-bounds read in Exynos firmware in Samsung Electronics Exynos allows local users to disclose device memory without interaction. SAECOMM_SetDcnIdForPlmn in SAECOMM_DbManagement.c uses a DCN identifier without a bounds check, causing a read beyond the intended buffer. Exploitation requires low-privileged code execution on one affected device, and the consequence is limited to disclosure rather than modification or interruption.
