Local privilege escalation via missing sendChunk bounds check

An out-of-bounds write in the Android kernel on Google Pixel devices allows local users to escalate privileges via Wireless Charger data. WirelessCharger.cpp's sendChunk function writes beyond its intended buffer because it does not check the bounds of supplied chunk data. Exploitation requires existing System execution privileges and no user interaction, and successful exploitation grants higher local privileges.
