Stored script execution via unneutralized agent alias
Published Jul 25, 2022 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
Stored XSS in Pandora FMS 7.0NG.761 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run script in another user's browser via an agent alias. The agent creation workflow stores the alias and later renders it in Agent Manager without neutralizing executable markup. Administrator privileges are required to plant the alias, and execution requires another user to view the affected agent page.
