Local privilege escalation via PPPoL2TP socket race

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel PPPoL2TP code on Android allows local users to gain elevated execution through a teardown race. In l2tp_ppp.c, pppol2tp_release schedules an RCU callback to drop the socket's final reference while the session can be destroyed without holding its own socket reference. Exploitation requires local execution and winning the race; success elevates execution, while a failed trigger can corrupt kernel state.
