Utility crash via zero output-dimension division

Divide by zero in tiffcrop in LibTIFF 4.4.0 allows attackers to crash the utility by processing a crafted TIFF file. computeOutputPixelOffsets fails to reject a zero output width or length before using the dimension in page-count calculations. The crafted file must be processed with affected page-mode options; the resulting floating-point exception aborts tiffcrop without reported confidentiality or integrity impact.
