Out-of-bounds read in Android 13 MessageQueueBase allows local users with System privileges to escalate privileges without interaction. MessageQueueBase in MessageQueueBase.h reads beyond a valid buffer because it performs a queue-memory access without the required bounds check. Exploitation requires local access and existing System execution privileges; no remote path or user interaction is involved.
