Local privilege escalation via log-dialog overlay

Tapjacking in LogAccessDialogActivity in Google Cloud Android 13 allows local users to gain elevated privileges through a UI overlay. Its onCreate path leaves system-alert windows visible over the log-access dialog, allowing an overlay to conceal the permission prompt and misdirect a tap. System-level execution privileges and user interaction are required; exploitation bypasses the log-access permission check.
