Local privilege escalation via guest Wi-Fi connection

Missing authorization in Android 13 WifiSlice allows local users in guest mode to connect the device to a new Wi-Fi network without interaction. WifiSlice.getSlice exposes interactive Wi-Fi controls without checking whether the current user is a guest, so the guest can invoke the network-connection flow. Guest-session access is required; the demonstrated consequence is an unauthorized network-configuration change rather than broader device control.
