Local NFC firmware disclosure via unchecked callback length

Out-of-bounds read in the Android 13 NFC HAL allows local users to disclose NFC firmware data through a malformed callback payload. HalCoreCallback in halcore.cc reads fields from the callback buffer without first verifying that its supplied length covers those offsets. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, no user interaction, and a device using the affected ST21NFC hardware abstraction layer; integrity and availability remain unaffected.
