Local privilege escalation via unsynchronized frame metrics

Out-of-bounds write in CanvasContext::draw in Google Cloud Android 13 allows local users to escalate privileges through GPU frame metrics. The render path reads frame events while an asynchronous GPU callback mutates the same FrameInfo data because the shared mutex is acquired only after the writes. Exploitation requires user interaction but no existing execution privilege, and the bounded impact is local privilege escalation.
