Out-of-bounds read in Android 13 Incremental File System allows local users to read process memory without user interaction. IncFs_GetFilledRangesStartingFrom in incfs.cpp fails to check a requested filled-range boundary before reading from the range array. A low-privileged local execution context is required, and the reported consequence is memory disclosure without code execution or service interruption.
