Guest privilege escalation via missing slice authorization

Missing authorization in Android 13 Settings allows local users with guest access to gain elevated privileges without user interaction. ProviderModelSlice.getSlice fails to reject guest users, allowing the slice to be shown and its background worker to run for a guest session. Exploitation requires local guest-session access and crosses the guest permission boundary within the device.
