Local privilege escalation via unchecked multicast update

Improper input validation in Android 13 UwbEventManager allows local users to execute arbitrary code and elevate privileges without interaction. The onMulticastListUpdateNotificationReceived handler processes a multicast-list update without the required bounds check, enabling code execution. A local low-privileged user can reach the flaw without user interaction, and successful exploitation grants higher privileges on the device.
