Lockscreen notification disclosure via stale redaction state

Information disclosure in Android System 12, 12L, and 13 allows physically proximate attackers to view sensitive lockscreen notifications. The NotificationLockscreenUserManagerImpl updatePublicMode path fails to recalculate public mode and notification sensitivity after an occluded, non-dozing device wakes. Exploitation requires physical access and an app displayed above the lockscreen; no added execution privileges or user interaction is required.
