Privilege escalation in Android 13 SystemUI notification filtering allows local users to expose hidden lock-screen notifications without interaction. The shouldHideNotification method fails to check a notification's own VISIBILITY_SECRET value before deciding whether to filter it from the lock screen. The flaw requires no additional execution privileges or user interaction and discloses content intended to remain hidden.
