Local password disclosure via insecure display flags

Information disclosure in Android 10 through Android 13 allows local users to observe a user's password on a secondary display via insecure defaults. The applyKeyguardFlags method in NotificationShadeWindowControllerImpl.java leaves display security flags at an insecure default, allowing the lock-screen credential entry view to appear on a secondary display. Exploitation requires user interaction and access to the device; the demonstrated consequence is confidentiality loss of the entered password without integrity or availability impact.
