Device unlock via stale SIM PUK dismissal

Lockscreen bypass in Google Cloud Android 10 through 13 allows physically proximate attackers to unlock a device without credentials. Concurrent SIM-state handling lets a stale dismiss call arrive after keyguard selects the device credential screen, which treats the call as a successful unlock. Physical access and completion of a SIM PUK unlock are required; no user interaction or prior execution privileges are needed.
