Local BLE privilege escalation via PIN type confusion

Type confusion in Android 10 through 13 Bluetooth allows local users to escalate BLE privileges through a crafted PIN reply. pinReplyNative treats JNI PIN-array storage as an incompatible native PIN-code object, permitting pin_reply to read beyond the supplied object; the fix adds a correctly sized buffer. A low-privileged local process can reach the flaw without user interaction, and the native-memory access crosses the BLE service privilege boundary.
