SIM recognition denial via unchecked MMS path

Path traversal in Android 10 through 13 allows local users to interrupt SIM recognition through a crafted MMS part path. MmsProvider.update concatenates an untrusted URI path segment to the MMS parts directory and passes the unchecked path to chmod, allowing traversal outside that directory. Exploitation requires user interaction but no additional execution privileges, and the resulting permission change denies local SIM recognition.
