Local privilege escalation via recycled Parcel reference

Confused-deputy code execution in Android 13 Framework allows local users to elevate privileges through a crafted parcel. BaseBundle.initializeFromParcelLocked creates lazy values even when it does not own the Parcel, leaving them to reference storage that another caller can recycle. A low-privileged local process can trigger the condition without user interaction and run code with the deputy's higher privileges.
