Local service interruption via package-name path traversal

Path traversal in Android 10 through 13 allows local users with System execution privileges to overwrite system files and interrupt service. UserManagerService passes an unvalidated package name from setApplicationRestrictions into writeApplicationRestrictionsLAr, which derives the restrictions file path and writes outside the intended directory. Exploitation requires System execution privileges but no user interaction, and the documented consequence is local denial of service rather than disclosure or code execution.
