Cross-site scripting via missing nonce check
Published Jul 18, 2022 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Cross-Site Request Forgery in LiveSupporti Free Live Chat Support 1.0.11 and earlier allows remote attackers to inject scripts via forged requests. The livesupporti_settings() function in livesupporti.php processes settings changes without verifying a WordPress nonce, allowing a cross-site request to carry attacker-controlled script content. Exploitation requires tricking a site administrator into following a link or otherwise submitting the forged request; successful exploitation can alter rendered plugin content and affect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
