Local privilege escalation via clock-update integer overflow

Integer overflow in the Android kernel allows local users with System privileges to gain higher privileges without user interaction. In ioctl_dpm_clk_update in lwis_ioctl.c, the overflow causes an out-of-bounds write while the function updates DPM clocks. Exploitation requires existing System execution privileges on an affected Pixel device and can cross a kernel privilege boundary.
