Local service crash via malformed PAC URI

Improper input validation in Google Android 10 through 12L allows local users to crash a system service through a malformed PAC URI. PacProxyService.get passes the URI to URL.openConnection without rejecting schemes whose connection implementation throws an unhandled UnsupportedOperationException. User execution privileges are required, but no user interaction is needed; exploitation interrupts the system service without reported data exposure or modification.
