Notification disclosure via spoofed access confirmation

Improper input validation in Android 10, 11, 12, and 12L allows local users to disclose notification data through a spoofed prompt. NotificationAccessConfirmationActivity.onCreate trusts a caller-supplied package title instead of resolving the label from the requested component, so the dialog can identify the wrong app. User-level code execution is required, but no further interaction is needed after the crafted flow starts; the wrong app gains access to notification contents.
