Local privilege escalation via unsynchronized channel transfer

Race condition in Android 10 through 12L allows local users to escalate privileges by disrupting SurfaceFlinger process communication. EventThreadConnection::stealReceiveChannel moves and duplicates the shared BitTube channel descriptors without locking or first validating channel state. A low-privileged local process must win the timing window; no user interaction is required, and successful exploitation gains elevated device privileges.
