Local privilege escalation via malformed parcelled URI

Improper input validation in Android 11, 12, and 12L allows local users to gain privileges through a malformed parcelled URI. HierarchicalUri.readFrom in Uri.java rebuilt a path without considering the parcelled scheme or authority, allowing inconsistent URI interpretation after unparcelling. Exploitation requires a low-privileged local process but no user interaction and affects integrity rather than confidentiality or availability.
