Privilege escalation via obscured work-profile confirmation

Elevation of privilege in the Android 13 Framework allows local users to enable a work profile without consent through a UI overlay. UnlaunchableAppActivity displayed its confirmation dialog without hiding overlay windows or filtering obscured touches, so an overlay could redirect a tap to the positive button. Exploitation requires user interaction with an obscured confirmation prompt; the resulting unauthorized work-profile activation crosses the intended consent boundary.
