Information disclosure in Android 13 Telecomm allows local users to read registered self-managed phone account details. The Telecomm component returns registered self-managed phone-account information without checking that the requesting user holds the required permission. A local process with User execution privileges can obtain those account details without user interaction; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
