System-privileged location disclosure via misbound caller identity

Information disclosure in Google Android 13 LocationManager allows local users with System execution privileges to obtain location data. LocationProviderManager evaluates last-location bypass permissions against the provider identity instead of the calling identity. A System-privileged local caller can retrieve cached location data without user interaction; no integrity or availability impact is reported.
