Local privilege escalation via Audio HAL race

An out-of-bounds write in the Audio HAL in Google Cloud Android 13 allows local users with System execution privileges to escalate privileges. A race condition lets concurrent Audio HAL operations access shared state without proper synchronization, causing a write beyond the intended buffer boundary. Exploitation requires existing System execution privileges but no user interaction, and successful corruption grants higher local privileges.
