Bluetooth service interruption via uncaught cleanup exception
Published Aug 11, 2022 · Updated Aug 3, 2024
Denial of service in Bluetooth in Google Cloud Android 13 allows remote attackers to interrupt Bluetooth service over an adjacent link. The Bluetooth component encounters an uncaught exception during cleanup, but Google has not published the affected function or malformed input that triggers the failure. An unauthenticated, physically nearby attacker needs no user interaction; the documented consequence is limited to loss of Bluetooth availability.
