CVE-2022-2025Network attack vector

Authenticated code execution via unchecked strcpy

Published Sep 23, 2022 · Updated May 22, 2025

Stack-based buffer overflow in Grandstream GDS3710 1.0.11.13 allows remote authenticated users to execute a shell via crafted input. An undisclosed handler passes a length-unchecked parameter to strcpy, overflowing a stack buffer and corrupting adjacent control data. Valid device credentials are required, and successful exploitation grants full access to the appliance.
