Privilege escalation via unchecked kernel memory mapping

Memory mapping in the UNISOC VSP Driver for Android SoC allows local users to write kernel memory through the VSP interface. The driver passes a user-controlled page-frame range and protection value to remap_pfn_range without restricting the mapping to the VSP buffer, exposing writable kernel space. Local access to the VSP driver is required; successful exploitation can alter kernel memory and elevate privileges.
